Camberwell and Kings Avenue classes are now up and running
All classes listed under http://tulse-hill-yoga.blogspot.co.uk/p/classes.html are now on. Thank you to everybody who joined me in the first couple of yoga classes in Comber Road, Camberwell Road and Kings Avenue despite the heat weave. Keep up the good work and spread the word as theses classes are half price for newcomers till the end of July.

Teacher training completed
I wanted to share good news with you: I have now completed my 2-year British Wheel of Yoga teacher training (500hrs). This is a top qualification available in the UK and I'm proud to have done it. The BWY's priorities are safety of the yoga practice and inclusion, which are very important to me personally. I hope all the practitioners coming to my classes will support me in developing my teaching skills further.

Enjoy the summer - join us for a class in Brockwell Park, Fri 5th July
As the weather is supposed to be kind to us this week, we are meeting for a class in the park this Friday, 7-8:30. If you like it, I'll try to organise some more outdoor practice.
Bring your own mat or please let me know if you want me to bring one for you.
The meeting point is between the tennis courts and the playground.
