Flow

Through my own practice I seek to create a flow: slow enough to notice how things happen, to enjoy the degree of control I have (flow, not float), and fast enough to keep things moving, without getting stuck, without dwelling on things, enjoying fluidity and vigour. I open my chest and hips noticing my vulnerability. I accommodate. I give and I take. I flow growing in strength and patience. I may tumble or trip, I may hit a brick wall. That's just a part of the larger flow. Flow with humility.
