New Year, New Schedule

Happy New Year to you all! I hope you'll put yoga in your New Year's resolutions one way or another.
As of January the classes are running according to a new schedule and we are changing one of the venues - please see "Classes" for further details.

  1. Different positions of yoga seem so backbreaking but I guess doing so would provide a good stretch so as to blood to circulate better.
