New venue

The Wednesday class is moving to a new venue so that you've got a bit more space for your limbs! We are now hosted by a drop-in centre next to the Jubilee Hall on Tulse Hill estate (SW2 2NA). The Friday class is staying at High Trees as it is cosy and good for a smaller group. So, I hope I've inspired you to keep coming, practising and focusing on what you really want!

Update

This week the Friday (3rd May) class is at High Trees (the Old library) - the same place as our Wednesday class. Next week the Wednesday class is also at High Trees. Please let me know if you are coming as I need a minimum number of people for this class as I'm being assessed then. I'll update you on a more permanent schedule as soon as I know.

We need to move!

After 8 months at the Rotunda we need to move the Friday evening class as the venue is no longer affordable. The last class there is 26th April. I'm looking for another place to host us so watch this space. From the yogic viewpoint, it's good to get a change of perspective and to challenge our settled ways. So, moving is good and let's hope it will be a positive change.

As I can't be with you this week I've asked Alex and Michel to cover my classes on 30th Jan and 1st Feb. I hope you enjoy a slightly different approach to yoga practice.

New Year, New Schedule

Happy New Year to you all! I hope you'll put yoga in your New Year's resolutions one way or another.
As of January the classes are running according to a new schedule and we are changing one of the venues - please see "Classes" for further details.

Have a lovely Christams break!

Those of you who attended last week know that it was our last class in 2012. The classes at Cressingham Gardens will begin again in the New Year. The first class in on 4th January 2013, 7pm. I'll still not sure about the venue of the other class, so watch this space! I look forward to seeing you in the New Year to develop our practice further!

A guest teacher 8.11.12
This Thursday we'll host a guest teacher coming to us all the way from Paris. I will be around to show you photos taken at the last class and then I'll leave you in capable hands of my colleague Vanessa. Enjoy! Vanessa will be observed by our teacher training course tutor Lesley (but she won't be observing you, so no need to get anxious).
